Here at Estes Therapy, we honor our work with clients. We have both in-person and virtual sessions available. We are accepting new patients and would love to talk more about what you are looking for.
I'm Jennine. I am the owner of Estes Therapy.
Looking for a counselor, either individually or as a couple, isn’t easy. It takes guts to go to counseling and face your problems, and it’s important that you find the right person to guide you through the process. If you’re looking at this site, then you’re most likely on your search for that person--a therapist who can make you feel comfortable and who will encourage positive changes in your life.
I strongly believe that counseling is not one-size-fits-all and needs to be tailored for each of my clients. I want to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for, so take a look around or read more about me below.
When I am not in the counseling office with my clients, I am appearing in local and national media outlets as a relationship expert. Some of my media appearances have been in Redbook Magazine, Social Worker Today Magazine, Whole Living Magazine, Fox 5 News, E-How.com, and other publications.
I created the #BeingLOVEDIs campaign where I connect with people all over the world to share what it means to be loved.
I specialize in all areas of relationships; singlehood, dating issues, conflicting couples, affairs, communication struggles, etc. Relationships have a lot of emotions and can be very intense at times, so I try to make it as comfortable as possible for my couples.
I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples Counseling and I supervised 3 Marriage and Family Therapist Interns. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in San Diego, CA.
